OUR REVIEW
Excellent, helpful, and kind service! I needed to mail a large package home to the United States after spending a couple of months in Nepal. My backpack was overflowing with souvenirs and warm clothes I didn’t need for my ongoing travels in Southeast Asia. I was nervous and mailing things to the US from Kathmandu, but it all arrived in one piece and quite quickly! So happy I used this service.
So glad I found this place! I needed to send a large parcel containing multiple items home the UK. Many of them were fragile and valuable. The price was extremely reasonable and they arrived so quickly when I was told it might be a few weeks (which was fine). Felt like I paid for express service! Everything arrived in one piece as the shop carefully packaged it all for me.
The owner is a lovely person too. Super knowledgeable so whatever you need to send, to wherever it may be in the world, this is the place to go!
We needed to ship 2 x fully packed 130L duffel bags to the brim with valuable gear from Kathmandu to Seattle, WA, USA. We were reccommended this place by another climber and we’re so glad we picked them! They were extremely meticulous with inventory of our gear to clear US customs and packed everything into well wrapped boxes. They sent us the shipping info and updated us on Whatsapp with the status of our packages, which was great peace of mind. If the shop is closed, simply call the number and he will arrive within minutes. He explained the charges in detail and made sure we got the best deal. The packages arrived in less than 3 weeks. Thank you so much for keeping our gear safe!
Super easy and fast delivery of my package to the Netherlands! Package arrived in 8 days. It’s not cheap, 100 euros for a box of 6,5 kg, but it’s the cheapest in the area and the care and attention made it all worth it!
Great service! I sent some presents to my family to Czech republic and everything was alright! It didn’t take long time, approximately 2 weeks and went smoothly during the packing, thank you for your help!
Definitely would recommend to everyone!
They gave us a box and helped us pack it up. We always had great communication regarding our package delivery which was so reassuring since I have had bad experiences with sending packages home from abroad in the past. Our package arrived in Seattle all intact, so grateful for all their work!
Efficient and friendly service! Delivered my singing bowl package from Kathmandu to Tokyo, Japan. Mr. Pankaj Saini was really helpful in checking the custom details and delivery timings for me. Parcel was packed really well and arrived within a week. Thank you!
We shipped 10kgs of gear – all our trekking gear and shopping purchases from Thamel home to Australia to free up space in our bags as we are continuing our holiday through Europe in summer. All our gear arrived without a hitch, within a week. So thrilled with the service provided here!
Very good service. Shipping to Poland without any issues, and very fast. Qb cargo is best cargo And Pankaj, the owner, is honest and friendly. He will help and advise you in any way. …More
